good price on 03 WRXs'?
 

I can get the 03 WRXes for 81 over invoice.

Do you guys think this is a good deal? I think they may go lower since they are desperate to get rid of the 03s?

Good deal, but folks are getting them for waaaay under invoice right now... Shoot for lower :p

bought a black wagon for almost a $1000 under invoice a couple months ago. you can do a lot better.

do you think asking to pay 21k for a 24k car would be fine?
perhaps I should wait a bit longer?

I'm not sure where you are from, but here in the Bay Area dealerships are hurting. You can very easily play dealers off each other. I just kept going back and forth getting them to beat each other on price until I got low enough that one said I'm not going any lower. Just be willing to walk away and you'll eventually get what you want.
