You'll need the headlights, bumber and fenders to make it all work.
Unless you plan on reshaping the hood. The front end conversion is a Few thousand, what I've seen. Can't seem to find the link now (

 

Sorry, just now getting my first cup of coffee. I see that you want to put a 04 sccop on a 02 hood. Me so silly. Take some pics and post them.

 

still though from the title of this thread, its gonna take a lot more than just switching the hood scoop

 

I think the 04 scoop is a little wider, but you can just cut the 02 hood a bit and buffer it. the turnout will be impressive.
