Ew. I don't like the front-end styling at all, but oh well. I'd much rather see a Legacy STi (Turbo H6!)

Actually... it _IS_ the face lifted Forester. Look at the front head lights and it's BMW 5 Series esque front head lights.

yes... I was trying to say that the STI treatment of the facelifted Forester makes the facelift a little more tolerable. I think the chrome grille on the regular Forester looks out of place. And the new headlights sort of remind me of that Infinite crossover vehicle.. FX35 or whatever its called.

 

That will be my "soccer-mom" ride once I have kids! It might actually be over here by then...

The ONLY difference between that STI Forrester and the one you just linked to is the grille and the lack of fog lights. Just add an aftermarket grille (or paint the factory one black) and you'd be there, minus the hood scoop.

 

I think the STi front bumper is a little different than the stock one. The description even mentions that:
"Custom front bumper, grille, bucket seats"
There appears to be a more aggressive lip to it and the fog light section doesn't appear to be modular... the STi version has a flowing, sunken look whereas the stock one has a 2 piece protruding look.

Whatever... to each his own. Its not like we'll see that Forester STi in the states anyway! I was thinking of getting a Forester XT to replace my 02 WRX wagon but I decided not to (at least for now) based on the looks. But if SOA brings the Forester STi here, then I'd definitely put the Forester back on my list of car to consider.
