Forester lower door moulding replacement

Someone decided to run thier car down the drivers side of my wifes forester. The scratch on the paint barely cut the clearcoat and it buffed out. However, I now need to replace the lower plastic mouldings and would like to know how difficult they are to remove/install. It looks like they may be fastened under the door with screws or clips, and possibly adhered to the side of the door with some type of adhesive. Any help on the matter would be helpful. I got a body shop estimate of $800.00, but it looks like the parts should only be about $300.00.

Probably with a combination of adhesive and a few plastic clips... You would have to remove the interior body panels of the door to get at those clips to see how its installed.
