Flossy shift *****? Are they still in business?

I just finished replacing just about everything to do with the shifter (shifter itself, front and rear stay bushings, shift rod u-joint) so I want a new shift ****. I found Flossy (flossy shop — Welcome) while searching, they have some very nice stuff but I ran across a negative thread on another forum. A couple of weeks ago, someone posted that they had ordered a shift **** in September but was unable to contact the company via phone, e-mail or FB messaging. He eventually got his money back through a PP claim. I want to order something so I want to know if this is just an isolated incident or if the company really is not around anymore.

tl;dr: has anyone had contact with Flossy lately? Thanks.

This might sound dumb but i went to my nearest airplane graveyard and got a jets joystick, all metal, buttons and all and installed that as my shifter. Its a HUGE hit! Also if ur not under warranty, u can wire it so the stick can also control brights, wipers, horn.... I did and its amazing!!!!!

They still post on IWSTI, but they've had customer service issues as of late.
