Flaw!!!!! in subaru coffee cup....lol

dude either my snoz is huge or this sti coffee cop has a flaw. I kept wondering why sometimes my coffee wouldn't come out. Then I'd move and coffee would come flying out.

I figured it out...while drinking you lift the cup up. the air hole that allows air to move so coffee can come out.....get covered by my nose...DAMN It. lol.

just an interesting thing I learned today...anyone else have one of these nifty metal sti coffee cups?

Yeah..stupid...I know..yell at me for wasting space...I know...but I did find it interesting at 5oclock in the morning.

Whatever happened to good old fashion quality engineering? I prefer the coffee cups of the 90's these new fangled things are too complex.

lol...no joke....

you'd think they would have thought of that.

The hole is like the size of a pin hole...small so it's easily covered up and it is directly above the slot for drinking out of so your nose hits right on it....

I may have to resort to drilling a small hole on the side.....it seriously stops the flow of coffee. So you move your face and coffee flies out on your face...bahhh. I shall right SOA complainin about their lack or R&D on their coffee cups...lol.

Would it help if you took your free hand to push your nose to one side while drinking out of the mug? You may have to steer the vehicle with your knees for a couple of seconds, though...

Arrow

You just have a big nose.

I have the same problem...lol Only instead of an STI mug I have an HP mug...lol I wondered why is NOTHING coming out. MY gf could drink from it fine then when she looked at me trying to drink from it she said "Your nose is covering the AIR hole!"

I have a rex and she doesn't so HA to that...lol

:-(

That is rather funny. What I am wondering though, what is a 90's coffee cup in comparison to a 21st century coffee cup?
