Engine mods, need grande help.

I'm planning to run 14~15psi of boost on my WRX via boost controller. So far I've upgraded the air intake system. My question is, is the crank pulley worth changing at this time? Approximately how much more "power" will I be able to get out of the pulleys? If not the pulleys, what should I be upgrading at this stage other than the cat-back exhaust system?

Hey man, welcome to the club. You'd be better off posting this in the factory forced induction forum, as there are many "knowledgeable dudes" there.

The first thing that you need to replace is the up-pipe. As for the exhaust, you will see the most benefit by replacing the parts closest to the turbo, which is the downpipe, because that is where the cats are found and they are the most restrictive part of the exhaust. Replacing the catback portion and leaving the stock downpipe (2 pieces, includes 2 cats) will not get you much additional gains.
