electronic oil pressure gauge
I know this may seem to be in the wroung forum, but I'm having trouble installing an oil pressure gauge on a 87 toyota corrola fx16 gt-s. Maybe some general advice would help, thanks.
p.s. how would you install one on a subaru.

I don't real know where to start. The gauges I have are from faze and they use this sender http://www.fazegauge.com/prod_acc_se...ubnav=products
but I don;t know where to connect it.

You can either remove the existing OEM sensor which is probably just a pressure switch for the idiot light on the dash (unless the car already has a gauge), and install the new sensor there, or find another place on the block or head to tap into. If you use the factory location you may need a thread adapter if the threads aren't the same.
Exactly what procedure you need to follow depends on the particulars of your car, which we aren't familiar with here. You should try to find a forum or newsgroup for Toyota owners, I'm sure they exist.
