Drove a WRX tonight

Drove a WRX with 30k on it--mods....3" cat out with muffler-intake-turbo timer-and BOV...calimed to be running 13.6-13.5, this didn't seam right when i drove it--felt slower than that--anyone know what kind of times to expect out of those mods??

Yeah, no boost controller--Aftermaket boost guage was pinned at 15-well a tad before it--14.5 stock right?--anyway, had 3" catback...just felt slow for caliming to be running 13.6's

I doubt he was breaking 14's with just a catback... BOV's do jack for performance, along with turbo timers. Alot of the intakes have actually been shown to dyno for losses on WRX's. That was not a fast WRX.

What is a 3" cat out with muffler? Is that a turbo back exhaust+uppipe?

a 3" cat out is what it says--3" exhust from the Cat out--not DP out, just from the cat out--anyway, i know BOV are just turbo savers, yeah-they wanted 19,000 for a 2001 WRX with 38k--What would $1000 put you into?
