Cool Does SPT make a downpipe?

I am looking to replace an "illegal" DP with something that won't get me ****ed over by the cops. I don't necessarily want to go OEM, but I want performance! Thanks in advance for your pearls of wisdom!

i dont think so. Legal dps are catted. The difference between catted and uncatted dps aren't really worth getting pulled over by cops.

In Cali, the only legal downpipe is the stock one.

By federal law, the only legal exhaust components (everything ahead of the cat-back) are the OEM parts. Replacement with anything else, even a catted aftermarket downpipe, is considered emissions tampering and is illegal.

the only thing that can help you is that you can by the Bosal shorty downpipe(SPT's CBE is made by Bosal) and use your stock catalytic converter or gut the stock cat. if you gut the stock cat you will look legal from under the car....
