Considering trading up to a 2015 wrx from my 2012. Subaru had a deal that looked good and was wondering do you miss anything from the previous generation or do you just love the 2015 model that much? Just looking for someone feedback from new owners

I was considering trading my 12 WRX for a 15 primarily because of the new engine platform 2.0 DIT and 6 speed.. But my car is almost paid for. Maybe a new platform for the STi is in the works

That's what I'm afraid of as well. Getting rid of my 12 and then oops 16 new body style

I traded in my '11 STI for my '15 WRX and I don't regret it one bit. Refined interior with a great motor. The handling is def up to par with my old STI, only thing I miss are my brembos but those can be replaced since everything is now 5*114. The 6 speed is very crisp! I do not have a single complaint about the '15. I would highly recommend test driving one. Subaru did good this time

I don’t see Subaru radically changing the 15 body style for MY16, maybe a change in chrome headlight housings to dark grey, but not a huge change look wise.

But maybe a new FA25?

Was told from the stealership that they won't be changing the motor til 2019. Why would they when people keep purchasing the STI with the crap *** EJ257?

My friend is trying to get a 15 sti but I told him the new wrx motor loves boost better than the sti. I've been showing him the crawford brz setup and trying to explain to him but he's set on an sti. As for me the 15 wrx is bigger for my family and I still get a multi functional play car.

I like my 2015 WRX after trading in my 335i. If you get one, I suggest getting the newer headlights with the LED boomerang built in.

It is a high maintenance car and after my warranty ran out, it was a ticking bomb. Anything could go wrong on that car. The $2000 electric water pump job at the dealer was the last straw.

This is my first Subaru and I am having a blast. I installed all my aftermarket parts and really easy maintenance. The oil filter is on top in the engine bay.

If you are considering one, I HIGHLY recommend not driving one... or you will go home with one...

I decided to stop by the dealership after 3 other just eyeballing 2015 and looking at options. On the 4th visit drove one and left with a premium. Had to call my brother to come pickup my 2004 wrx. Love the 6 speed. Handling is superb. I've driven it hard twice in some canyon hill areas and it takes bumps mid turn amazingly well.
