Dip reading wrong or?
Someone explain why this is happening to me
I put 4-41/5 quarts of syn oil for each change. However, after a week or so, the dipstick hardly registers any oil. I mean it's DRY. There's no leak that I could physically see and I've over and over. I even left the car sitting for a couple of days just to see if there were any drips, anywhere. Nada. This happends when the car is idle or after it's been driven. So what is happening? Do I need to keep adding so the dipstick is correct? I'm worry if I do and I haven't done that.
Next is my trunk. This is actually kinda funnie. When it rains, water find its way to my spare tire location and pools up. I've tried locating where it might have come from but haven't found it. I mean, it's gotta be wet right, but nope. So I'm thinking it might be internal where I can't feel it from the outside. Since I'm now in Redmond, WA and it's raining like ALMOST everyday
it's pooling up again. Luckily there's a drain hole down there although it's not where the spare tire sits. Any ideas?
