I've been having a lot of trouble with it too lately. I keep trying to send someone a payment, and it has been giving me some weird message about my credit card not being accepted by the credit card provider or something along those lines. I find that odd, because my credit card works fine everywhere else, and it has worked just fine on Paypal in the past. It's reaaaally annoying.
