which color to chose

which color to chose

I am going to order my 04 wrx next week and i can't decide what color to pick. What color does everybody prefer?

I'm going to be getting a black WRX but, everyone keeps saying it's a ***** to keep looking clean but, what the hell I wash my cars every weekend anyway. Just don't get the blue. I mean it is a nice color but, everyone has it. Silver is great if you don't like washing your car very often. Red is good if you like tickets. White is great if you like to be the same color as every other car on the road.

Well I just bought my 2004 and I went with Black. Blue was sorta overdone, everyone has a silver car(at least in New England), and I already had a white car. When it comes down to it its your money so you gotta do what makes you happy. As soon as I saw the black I was hooked. Its a metalic so when the sun glows on it it shines a gold color. It used to be red but for 04 they changed it to a gold tint. Pretty cool imo. As far as cleaning, black does show much more when its dirty, but when its clean its a beautiful color.

It is difficult to keep clean, however I really like to wash and wax, kinda theraputic. If you go black, invest in a good power waxer (6in. works the best). Also you may want to invest in invsible body tape by 3M for the front of the hood. I do alot of hiway driveing and in the first few months I got alot of chips (the tape will help prevent them). I went with the bra but now I have the scuffing prob. Oh well..Another suggestion, black is great looking but if you live where it gets hot, you may want to stay with a lighter color..

The Java Black Pearl is beautiful. I don't regret picking it. I didn't really like the Blue too much. I think it looked a little odd with the Black trim.
