Advanced technology reflash?
Ok, I'll bite. Sooo.. I Checked out the Cobb site, looking for this advanced reflash technology, but came away with NO indication that Cobb was doing anything more than enterring the "reflash" market. I found some claimed HP numbers, but no dyno results, track times or anything that resembled empirical data. I'm sure Cobb is a fine company, But, in order to appeal to the current reflash market, they really have to give some solid info. as to why their product is superior to the current reflash gurus,[Vishnu ECUTEK, XS engineering, etc.] Though, the prospect of a $385 is appealing! Would really welcome some solid info. Sincerely, Collins

Collins,
I ask the same question about dyno's and HP and here is what Trey Cobb said:
So be patient my young grasshopper, time will tell. And I for one am willing to wait to save several hundred dollars.

Over the next few weeks we will be releasing dyno results as we develop more maps for the National release. Basically the HP goals will depend on how close to the edge of reliability we're willing to push things. We will make sure our results are competitive with others on the market, so long as we aren't forced to compromise on the quality of the tune or the reliability of the vehicle to do so.
