From a Camry to a 2002 OBS...
years of saving and i finally have the car i've always wanted! HUGE step up from the '92 Camry. LoL! i'm new to the world of subies, so i have some question for some of you vets. in my OBS (auto) from a stop, i cant lightly tape on the gas (like 1500rpms) without the car jerking into 2nd gear qiuckly. only when i push it to 2000+ will the accel be smooth. is it normal? or do i just need to adjust. thanks in advance guys/gals!

Have you finished the break-in period? The ECU generally takes a few weeks(maybe a month) to learn your driving style and stuff so I dont think its a big deal.
