Boost not maxing out!!!

I bought my car brand new, it s a MY03. When i first got it, after the 1000 mile break in period, when i would floor it the boost would go to about 14. Now i have 11,000 miles on it an for some reason boost only gets up to 12-13 pounds. Any reason for this? what can i do to fix it without getting a boost control system?

Sounds like your ECU learned to do that. Reset it.

disconnect the positive wire at the battery terminal and reconnect
