does anyone know specifically what modifications and parts were performed or changed on the type 25? their website lists their engine upgrades in very vague terms. thanks in advance

That Litchfield Type-25 is my ideal Impreza drivetrain But, it is still to heavy, and in the wrong chasis

Im surprized though that they wont use those Khumo MX's on the final version! I'd rather have them than the RE070's.

Have you talked to anyone who's run both?
RE070's are far superior in the dry, and seem to work fine in the rain.....

A turboback and reflash nets about 375/375 to the crank actually.

and to think people actually pay more for this new monster when they can have the same and/or better numbers by Modding.. lol

The Type25 is better than the standard STi (especially considering they get the EJ20 model in the UK) in every measurable regard. Plus, it has a full factory warranty.

Right! i knew the part about the EJ20 vs EJ25 but I guess the warranty thing is enough of a reason to get one huh ..

Yeah a 12 month warranty. Considering its a tuner car thats not to bad a deal. Why cant our tuners offer a warranty like that

Actually most tuners offer warranties here, they just don't sell turnkey cars.
