Consumer beware. I would not purchase a vehical from this dealer or take your subaru to the sevice dept.

I took mine their for service and they told me I needed new brakes and it would cost $400. Then I took it to brake depot and they inspected the car and said I dont need brakes for another 3,000 miles and it would only cost $250. Not to mention, the guys in the service department aren't very customer friendly. I would go to bob baker subaru in carlsbad for any dealer related questions.

 

I tried to post a link to my thread on these idiots, but I couldn't figure out how. Anyway, just do a search on "balboa subaru" and you'll find a few stories about how they do business.

well, the only thing that they are good for, is getting parts. they were way cheaper then irvine suby.
