APC makes products which are illegal according to NHTSB guidelines and are used regularly as OEM replacement parts. They are advertised as 100% street legal but are not so. Read the article as to the specifics of the violations.

i can't stand APC, hi rev tuners, or anything that has to do with euro tails, even the EVO 8 bugs me with altezzas....good thing the VII's lights fit also...... good thing APC is fined...but i won't be happy until the president of APC is shot in the head and burned at the stake for making the aftermarket look like ****, and street suped cars look rediculous.
