i dont think they have been out long enough for any aftermarket companies to really have the time to do r&d on parts yet. and i dont see them getting as many companies making parts for the 2012 impreza because the wrx and sti arent the same platform and wont ever be.. all past models they have shared the same platform and the parts from the wrx's and sti's would fit on the 2.5i's, now they wont.
there aero kits for the 2012's look super nice especially when paired with the sport grill. pic stolen from nazicock

Some good news.. I think. The BRZ/Toyota/Scion cars are using the 2.0 FA engine. Our 2.0i's are the FB version.
As a former Focus SVT owner, assuming they are doing the same modifications to a base engine buy squeezing horse power from massive cams, intake manifold, different pistons, exhaust, etc.
I'm hoping the block will be the same for both engines and BRZ/x/x bolt-ons will match ours. And maybe, if I'm up for wasting a **** ton of money, maybe some of the engine parts will too.
BRZ already has two companies featuring drop springs... If you can buy Halo Projector HIDs for a Chevy Aveo, I pray to little baby Jesus, we'll get some type of upgrades soon.

But in all seriousness, Id rock these two modified imprezas as a DD, both from Nastysocks.

Minor stuff:
The 2013 Impreza Sport models will come with a leather shift **** and steering wheel. I miss these from my VW TDI, so I'm adding them myself.
- Yellow Lamin-X coating on the fog light lenses.
- Fumoto valve that replaced the original oil drain plug.
- OE Subaru leather shift **** to replace the plastic one that came on the car. Purchased on eBay for $12.50.
- Wheelskins leather steering wheel wrap. Just received yesterday, and haven't installed yet. This will be a time-consuming process, so I'm waiting for a day that I have 4 hours to burn, and the outdoor temps are comfortable because I'll be sitting in the car for an extended period.
