45K tune up?

Has anyone had the 45K tune up done on their WRX? If so, what did they do? If you have the invoice for the work can you post it? I want to know what I get for the $300.00 charge.

Only "they" know what you're getting for the $300. You should probably ask them. Your maintenance manual will tell you what is needed at that mileage, but your dealer could be including other things as well. I'd do everything myself, either way.

the major services are every 30k (all fluids, plugs,timming belt UGH...) - I skipped the 15k and 45k myself excluding oil and tire rotations

Timing belt is a pain. But the other stuff, plugs, fluids ect. you should be able to get done on your own and for much cheaper.
