22650aa181 or 22650aa182

I'm having some idle troubles with my 05 wrx. I need to order a new iacv. The part # on the one in my car is 22650aa182 that oem part is $280 and up on eBay but I can get a oem 22650aa181 for only $70 on eBay. I like $ and don't feel like throwing it away on ridiculously marked up parts... Is there any differences between the two?? Any help would b awesome!!!

Have you already tried cleaning the valve? The shutter should be able to spin freely with just about no friction/resistance.

Yeah I cleaned it as instructed in other posts and replaced the gasket already but it did not seem to help... I had my buddy test the O2 sensors and there working fine we also smoked the intake and exhaust so I'm pretty sure I need a new aicv.
