So I bought a 2012 WRX I love this car BUT I have had it in the shop twice, one was to get a new clutch installed because a throw out bearing was going out! Second because it threw a piston rod driving home from work in traffic...n I just got it back Tuesday n have been driving it like a baby to break in the new short block n just 20 minutes ago the clutch started making the same vibrating/shaky feeling! What do I do?? Like I previously stated I love this car but am so pissed right now cause I can't even enjoy my car

 

Take it back to the dealership and have them fix the problem. Lemon law only applies to a car that has the same issue 4 times, with that said I have a 2014 WRX that had engine failure at 8500 miles so I've been in your shoes. Subaru has had some issues with their Wrx/STis since late 2006, if I had it to do all over again I would have bought an older 04-05 Sti or Evo (with all the trash talk the Evo is a far more reliable car than the Sti when flogged daily or modded)

Oh I am taking it to them tomorro AGAIN I'm just pissed that this will be the third time in there n I've only had it since December!!! Why me n it's not like I'm doggin it or anything!!

Yup so therefore no lemon law...I'm just wondering if I made the dumbest mistake buying this car..it just pisses me off how they advertise this car off roading doing auto cross etc. n I'm just trying to make it a fun daily driver!! N having problems!!
