wow
I read in motortrend that there will NOT be a 4 door offered. Only 5dr hatch
sucks man, was looking forward for the new model, but if they keep that seat for USDM, i'll definitely reconsider my dislike of the rear

I think that that's about the minimum appearance that I would consider acceptable for an '08 STI.

Now put some BIG fogs in there D@MM!T!!!

I actually like it a lot better than the wrx's we've been seeing. I wonder whats up with the (2) dual tip exhausts? Those seats are awesome looking as well.

quad exhaust is for each cylinder! and probably those seats won't ever see our shores because we're too fat.

Don't get too excited...The home market gets all the goodies...The USDM gets the second grade stuff...IE: don't bet on those seats...and we already get bumped to the 2.5...

The back end looks like they took a crib sheet from the BMW X5. The clear lights went out of style for me back in the early 00's when every Civic had them. They ought to have stuck with all-red. I really like the look of the quad-exhaust though. It's too bad we won't see this car.

I like it. Definite improvement over the 08 WRX's. But why does it say "2.0 Boxer"? Aren't they 2.5l?

Nice job SoJ, they finally made the twin-scroll turbo standard on the base model STi overseas. We definately won't get fixed-back seats, even a Z06 corvette has reclinable seats. I wouldn't get your hopes up for a twin-scroll setup on the 2.5L USDM spec, but I would expect the exterior of that STi to hold true for us as well. Quick question, did you scan that from the new November 07 Option magazine?

Edit: It also looks like they kept the Brembo's from current STi's, but increased rotors to 360mm F / 330mm R. Anyone reading japanese that can verify?
