2008 Impreza WRX review
Those photos in post 1 make no sense at all, there is nothing factual by any remote chance. What a joke. There was not a permutation of the following thread here at i-club?

It will not look like the 06, which the first photo is, nor will the rear be of the B5TPH with photoshopped tails from the 06. I can't believe topspeed.

Most likely it will be something they can do without re-tooling everything. Manufacturers always prefer to use existing tooling over a complete re-design. Much like the renderings shown on that topspeed site, it will probably be very similar to an 06/07, and be basically a shortened wagon. They might need to do a complete redesign of the rear in order to make it work.
Personally, I like the idea of making it a true two-door hatch, but style it like a shortened 06 wagon, but keep the sedan front and rear fender flares...

I was just thinking about that the other night. In my opinion throwbacks are in, and subaru needs to find their roots as far as designing goes. If subaru makes a good looking Hatch i will deff buy it though.

Not to mention, this uh...."review" states that the STI is going to compete with the GTI and Focus ST? I surely hope not.
