I know, I know. It's a sin to buy one with an automatic. I beg everyone's forgiveness, and blame my wife. But I still feel like I lost the battle but won the war...

Now, having gotten that out of the way, any comments/experiences? How is the shifting point, acceleration, etc. I'm particularly interested in how to improve my new sube's performance, ideally, without wrecking the warranty on it. I can't think of anything other than the K&N filter. Oh, and the idea of getting the stock 17s and upgraded exhaust has already been nixed...

Just relax and enjoy the coolest stock wagon on earth!

They build it like that for a reason. There's so much power on tap that there's no reason to upgrade. You'll be better off from a reliability and warranty perspective leaving things stock.
