2003 subaru wrx

hey-

Got a quick question about the 2003 Subaru WRX STi. Will it be available with the same headlights that are available on the 2002 model? From looks of it, the WRX STi is to get new lights and they look like they've been ripped off of a new Toyota Corolla which upsets me greatly. Also, will the stock WRX remain with current headlights or are the new uglies going on?

The 2003 WRXs remain the same. I'm unsure about the USDM STI but I thought we don't get 03 STIs? If it was 04 STI, I would assume they'll have those lenses.

new lights

Those are the new lights on the STI.
I think it keeps the car flowing. Looks pretty
good. I like the new lights but I still like the old.

is this just a tease? or r the we gonna get the sti next year? i have heard plenty of arguments about this subject and all i can say is that i wish we do get it but knowing my luck we arent..!!!

Those are the lights on the MY03 outside the US (STi and non-STi model WRX's), and what we should be seeing on our WRX's as a MY04. I really like those much better than the bug-eye's, and now I have to decide if I want to keep my 2000 RS or get a 2004 WRX when my lease is up! Oh, and that picture posted above is the non-STi, you can tell from the smaller hood scoop and no STi badge on the grill (STi's hoodscop is freakin' huge!)

Now taking deposits...

When I picked up my 03 WRX two weeks ago, the sales manager said they are taking deposits on the STI's. I'm guessing they will be MY 04. He said the price will be $30-35k.
