The dual exhaust is cool, and I guess thats a little better. Im still finding it kinda hard to look at. Its like that thing that you wish you never saw but you cant stop looking at it. Almost like when someone tells you not to look directly at the sun...whats the first thing that ya do?

The parts I like is the front and back fenders, the narrower rear bumper, and the new rear spoiler. They are more inline with Ford and Citreon. The rear bumper layout should give better push onto bouncing off snow banks in Finland and Sweden. The rear spoiler looks lighter(same like C4) and more inline with the roof lines. The exhuast looks a bit low for gravel yet the shorter overhang without the rear trunk may give better center of rotational axis.
The front air flow could be 2 problems, MonteCarlos nigth drive, where to place the extra light without blocking the air flow? I also think the side mirror are a little out of date. Since the driver will sit more back beside the B pillar, the side mirror could be smaller GT type and mounted even few more inches back onto the door.
But no doubt, this gives Subaru better chance into 08 WRC. Subaru WRC drivers have been struggling with the 05 chassis behind XSara and Focus.

I agree about the coy-fish....saw it at the Mt. Hammy event and wasn't too impressed. I was able to see a little bit under the car and noticed that they went away with Struts on the rear and now have a double a-arm-type setup.
Notice the wheel lugs on the new WRC (from pictures above) are only 4-lug, not five. I would assume to allow for easier wheel changes (one less lug to remove/retighten).
Also I'm glad they came back with the 2 cooling vents on the hood. Though the hoodscoop needs getting used to.
