They actually sell a factory exhaust upgrade... anyone know how good the SPT/bosal exhaust is?

Quick question,

The official Subaru site has a link to the SPT site. Is Subaru still going to try and void your warranty even if you bought the part from SPT? Thanks.

I only hope they carried the legacy manual transmission over to the wrx. That extra torque would eat up the old one even faster.

also, is it me or does the steering wheel not have the momo logo on the bottom spoke anymore

I don't think it's had a MOMO logo since 04...

Thought i was gettin java black pearl all this time in my 06, but its now obsidien black pearl? Is there a real difference, cuz I dont see it?

The flecks of paint in the black make it different. 04 Black had gold/brown flecks and 02/03 and 05 had green/blue flecks in the black paint. OBP probably has the blue flecks of paint.

the 05 wrx did have the MOMO logo embossed on the bottom spoke of the steering wheel. not as obvious as the 03-04, but still there.

Its a different engine in the 06. The 06 engine makes 235lb ft of torque at 3,600rpm. The old 2.0 liter engine made 217lb ft at 4,000rpm. Big difference.
