Thinking of STI
Hey everyone,
I previously owned a silver WRX. I recently changed jobs and now have a company car that I drive daily. So I decided to get rid of the WRX and buy a toy car that has always been a dream, a 930 Turbo. The wife use to love the WRX but at the same time loves her TT. The TT is a great car for her, but a think a four door sedan would be a little more practicle. So my question for you STI owners is, how is this car as a daily driver? I have read the that EVO is a terrible daily driver and I am concerned that the STI might be a poor choice as well. She was fine with the WRX's driving, but is the STI going to be way to drastic? It's hard to find a car that she will be happy with but at the same time fill my need for more toys!!
I want something that I can take to the track but she can drive daily.
Just incase you car nuts want a picture, heres the 930!!

Had them both. The WRX is much more of a fun to drive, happy go lucky car. Where the driver can mess up and come out looking like he or she knew what they were doing.
The STi is more of a pure driving machine. I believe she would like it. The daily driving around thing with the STi is better in one way and that is the throttle response it great. I MEAN GREAT. No jerkyness, no real lag.
The only thing to really consider is the stiff ride and rattles. Go test drive it. You will see the difference right away and the way you percieve it will not change after you own it a while.
