I just put a deposit down on a Silver/Silver STi with no options. Supposedly it is "in transit" and on the boat between Subaru and the US Port.

I was wondering what kind of time it took for others to get their STi's once they were in transit? I have heard some horror stories about delays at the port.

 

usually about 4-5 weeks

 

But anticipation is half the fun. However, after typing that, the STi is the exception to the rule. Driving one (after the 1000 mile break-in) is 99% of the fun!

 

Dealer called today. My STi has arrived!

 

But be good the first 1000 miles. And congratulations!
