STi @ MSRP in Dayton, OH (and invoice on 2003 WRX's)
We are #1 on the list at our dealer but they only have two deposits in and they expect 6 cars. They are willing to put everything in writing incxludng "MSRP or lower", $500 refundable deposit, no dealer installed options, accessories or services (if you want that)
Be sure to ask for Gary Huffer and be sure to tell them that Tom & Kristi Bicknell sent you. (And no-we don't get anything for referring people.)
They also have the 2003 WRX's at invoice!

Even if you are from Cincy, Columbus, or Indy, it's worth the drive to be that low on a list for MSRP. Gary was so easy to work with and is doing a great job at keeping us up to date.
