Rims and breaks match in color?

I saw it in New Mexico. I was at the subbie dealer picking up some oil filters, and they were dropping off a couple of WRXs that were on the same transporter. There were also a couple turbo foresters too. The driver said the STI and Foresters were headed for a dealer in Dallas.
