I'm 56 and not getting any younger. Dirt bike riding tends to wear on the joints, but kayaking helps keep me younger.

Mach5WRX, happy birthday. Mine is on Feb. 5th. I'll be heading down to Daytona for the Rolex 24 Hours on Thursday for my early present. 1,440 minutes of ear shattering mechanical shrieking! I can't wait.

 

First off Hello to everyone, this is my first post to the board. I've been involved with and rallying Subarus since I was 14. My first new car was a 97 Impreza coupe. The RS had just come out, but since I was 19 at the time and never had insuracne before I couldn't afford insurance on the RS. Good for me since I crashed the car a year later. My next new subaru was going to be a WRX when they hit the states, but this time I would have had to sell my autocross preped honda. Every time I've worked with the same sales guy at my local dealership, and each time I walked away he said, "Don't worry. By the time you can afford it they'll have something else even better" Well, that time has come. My b-day is the first of july and with any luck I'll be taking delivery around then.

20 now, will be 21 by the time I get one, should be late this winter or early next year. It's not that I won't have the money for it till then, I just want the rush to go a little so I can have the dealer do some stuff to the car w/o all the craziness :-P
