If I were to actually do it, it would look like the photo chop I did. I would use a black, non-logo, FMIC. The point from me is to fly under the radar. Your grill has a cool shape, but it looks chrome. Is it?

There are still people out there that think the WRX is a Hyundai.

When I did my photochop, this is the hood that I wanted to add, but my PS skills aren't that good yet. But with the FMIC I would get, this hood woild soon follow. I'd get it in fibreglass and color match it. I am no fan of the big scoop and hydroplane boat wing. To each is own though. The cool thing is, sell/swapping the scoop, wing, badges, carpet, and door panels will partially pay for the new hood. I'd sell/swap the seats too if it weren't for the Ecsaine used in the STi.
And before anyone says anything....Just because someone doesn't want some of the interior and exterior features on the car, does not mean they should buy a different car. And if you believe otherwise, don't be a hipocite. You would also have to believe that adding anything to the car is also a sin, i.e a stereo system, different skirt kit, lowering springs, foglights, etc. And let's all remember, it's just and assembly of metal, plastic, fabric, and rubber. In other words, it's just a car. Just so happens it is the best on available for $30-$35k IMO. Not the best for power, not th best for looks, not the best for handling (well maybe), not the best for comfort, not the best for room, but certainly the best combination of each. Once again, IMO.
Other than the fact that I think there is way to much blue and pink, I would want to reduce these colors to reduce the amount of eyes on the car, and palm prints on the windows, if you know what I mean. Also removal of the scoop and wing will also help in this mission. While driving, No wing + no scoop + silver paint and silver wheels = driving stealth = less provocation from street racers and less attention from the local PD. While parked, no wing + no scoop + no badges + no blue seats = less peeping in the window, less jealously driven vandalism, less theft, less unwelcomed parking lot conversation when you are just trying to leave (I don't usually mind that though). It just would leave me to enjoy my car for me.

what's with the gold rims?? :monkey:
i understand that the gold rims on wrx's are kind of like its trademark, but it just doesn't look that great at all. like on that nice looking silver one a little bit above, the car looks killer but the gold rims just kill it.
is it just me or do the gold rims look good?

I think each person has their own style.
I personally love the gold Advans on the silver rex in the picture above. But then there are some wheels, or some cars that don't look good with gold.
The only wheels going on my STi (when they finally decide to get here) are only gold or bronze. Thats my kinda style.

It's you....
STi, and gold rims... they are one and the same... I can't really imagine an STi without gold rims... just isn't right from factory... aftermarket, doesn't matter, but they gotta be gold stock...
Gold rocks buddy
