do you guys find that the STI seats suck ass?

That's great, but when you have to cut power because of understeer in the twisties, and the EVO doesn't, then that little xtrabit of lowend power is worthless. PS dialing in 30 xtra hp in the evo is a simple as a AFC, you cant dial in the STI steering and handling for that money. Maybe a few thousand? Shiv even said, I'd rather take a car with 30 less HP and excellent handling, than a car with 30 more HP and have to figure out how to make it handle better.

THEY SUCK
I had a WRX and liked the seats, but the STi seats are built for fat old americans. I HATE THEM. AS soon as i can figure out what the best seat is im buying them.

I agree. The seats aren't very supportive and also the seat base is too short. I can't manage to get enough thigh support and I'm only 5'10". The seats in my 1983 Turbocoupe that I just sold were more supportive. I would like to replace them eventually, but I don't like the fact I would lose the side airbags. Also, after getting a clear bra and stereo system and with still needing a set of winter wheels/tires my funds are a little short. Come to think of it, maybe it isn't the seats that are the problem, it could be the insane G-forces that can be generated in the Sti that's the cause.

I also feel like im off to the right when driving and im 6'2' 230.
THe best seat ever is the Cobra Misano L, but its $1295 a piece.

You have to use 'attatch file' and use the browse button to find the pics. Using the IMG button only works for things that are currently being hosted somewhere on the internet.
