December Consumer Reports - STI Best overall Sporty Cars
Check out Decembers "Consumers Reports"
STI gets the Recomended. They rated it very high.
They devoted 50% of the space to the STI in the Intro out of 4 cars. The STI, Evo, RX-8, 350zx and Crossfire.
They say almost Vett performance for 30K

Interesting comments about the EVO's performance and turning radius, etc... too.
I think that Consumer Reports tends to have more of a layman's / what's practical approach to cars though (as opposed to many sports car mags which tend to emphasize performance).
