yeah, it bugged me. It was the first or second thing I replaced on my car. I got mine off ebay from this guy:

It may not seem like a big deal. But once you put it on you'll start to think how much better it looks.

I got mine from the same guy. I hope to have my car today to install it! I got the call from the dealer yesterday that it was OTW.

That's a pretty ugly one. MANIAC's are better.. and only $35 shipped.

Well I searched through I-club and found Maniac's sale.

They both work either way.

Maniac originally posted in January for his sale bur the last post he put was mid may and said they were still for sale... $35 is a good deal, heres the link...

In my opinion, the one that was for sale on eBay looks much better than the one being sold by Maniac. Without the rubber nubs, it looks like a plain piece of drilled aluminium.

It is just drilled and all kinds of dirt, mud, ect. gets in the holes and it is more difficult to clean out. I have the same type on the RSX with a picture here. http://home.kc.rr.com/cerberus/Pedalsr.jpg

I prefer the rubber nubs. They grip the shoe better when wet and clean up is simplified. It also matches the wrx pedal better.

Well if your still interested in the eBay guy this is his new auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2419203393
From a customer stand point he was pretty good. Usual quick payment and quick item. It didn't seem he had a good picture of it installed so I put mine up. Sorry about the messy car (want to get my car detailed again). The best pic I have...
I havent dealt with maniac so I have no idea... sorry

am i wrong?
You know what they say about opinions. I think it looks nice.

No, it is not aluminum with rubber footies. It is adamantium with micro black holes to keep your left foot secure to the pedal......;P.

It is in fact aluminum with rubber inserts. If you find a better one, let me know!
