those swirls, ARE SCRATCHES that u DO NOT WANT. and can be avoided if u care about ur exterior...
basically when u wash ur car u have to rinse off all the dust particles with high pressured water then take ur car into a garage or anywhere with no outside wind or where dust can get on ur car.. which is usually outside.., so clean off ur car with a shammy or absorber. too keep that shiny SMOOTH gleam, u goto wash ur car with skills.
