SCI Announces Canadian MSRP

 

Excellent. I've been waiting for this news for a long time. What do you think of the price?

 

None of you will believe me, but I have seen 2 Sti's on the streets of Toronto. In fact, one of them parks in the same parking lot as I do.
I called my Subaru dealership, and they told me that it must be a demo for an automobile publication. However, I don't believe them. On the windshield of this vehicle, it has a parking sticker for that lot.

So.......It seems some dealers have already recieved the vehicle well before the end of May.

^^ yeah, I think you are right. Where in Toronto? I'm thinking about going to Mississauga and checking out the ones in the lot just to make sure the colour I want it correct. Do you think they will be there?

 

You can find the car in the morning between 8:30 to about 2:00 pm in the lot at Portland and Front st. It's between Spadina and Bathurst (closer to bathurst)

I haven't spoken or met the guy who owns it, but I am eager too.

By the way, don't expect to find this car in any dealers lot. Most of them still can't get their hands on them.

 

hehehe. I know the exact parking lot. I live a stone's throw from there. I'm going to test my luck on wednesday and see. I'll be armed with my digital camera too!

I met the guy who is currently borrowing it for a week. It turns out that the company he works for does publicity for Subaru. The car may or may not be there tomorrow, as he informed me that Jim Kenzie along with other journalists would be looking at it. This Saturdays wheels section of the Toronto Star will feature this car.

The guy i met is very approachable, he's been used to the attention.

^^ Okay, I'll go early only because it's really close to my house. If it's not there, no big deal. That's Wednesday I'll go. What colour is it by the way? And I know about that review coming out because I wrote Jim kenzie an email asking when his review would be out.

Woah wait a second. We don't get passenger heated seats only driver heated seats? That's BS I want my HID's.

 

^^ I can confirm that too. I spoke to Subaru canada today and they said HID's are not an option and heated seats only driver's side with option for both. You can also get any wheel colour but will have to paya price difference.

 

Gold wheels only come with the Blue car. Every other colour comes with Silver. If you want gold wheels on Black, white, or silver you have to pay something extra. But this is not gospel. Only what one salesperson told me.
