How do you dyno a car that no one can get yet? The sti isn't projected to be released until June of this year. The 2.5T isn't available anywhere yet, how would someone dyno it? Why don't you contact SOA, get a STI 2.5T and dyno it for us.

I don't buy it !
240 wheel hp from an AWD car producing 271 bhp sounds too high. It is possible the test was performed on a 2WD dyno test by converting the car to FWD.
If you read the rest of the thread you will see that there is a lot of scepticism as to the validity of these numbers.

Well technically the Evo 8 has been launched already in the states and all the magazines already taken them out and tested them, unlike the STI that is not even production ready.
