I can see you are new to turbochargers.
The straight answer is that I doubt a stock 2.5 block will hold 2 bar.
1 Bar = 14.7 psi
How much boost you will be able to run on an STi with stock fuel will depend on the IPW which will stem from the size of the injectors itself.
BTW, +2 bar is NOT a mod! LOL

Yeah, I've spent about half my adult life on the Evo forums (evolutionm.net) and it is almost invariably the dinks who think they know so damn much who are the most condescending and rude to others who are trying to learn. It's also those same dinks who think they know so damn much who invariably cease learning anything new and thus remain ignorant.
As far as the 2+ bar comment...no, the stock 2.5 may not tolerate that...(do you know which block the 2.5 L is coming from? I don't and am wondering if it is an overbored 2.0 L or something else)
BUT. There are certainly more than a few Evo owners running OVER 2 bar on the 4g63 engine. That they may have forged pistons and other internals goes without saying, but since the guy who asked this "ridiculous" question wants to know...maybe you could tell him (since you are obviously ALL so incredibly knowledgeable) that
1) it is UNCLEAR whether the block would tolerate that kind of boost and for what period of time.
2) with forged pistons and other internals upgraded...particularly if the cylinders were sleeved (which, I myself don't know if they are coming already sleeved from an overbore or not)...it MAY actually be able to tolerate that extremely high boost.
3) everytime someone says "that's f'n ridiculous" someone else who isn't busy calling others idiots, wiles away in a garage and figures out a way to do it.

this question is kinda funny from my point of view, but I bet I would ask the same thing when I first started looking at cars.
but an advise to:

next time, ask something like "what the maximum boost that STi can hold" instead of some random number.
