100 octane would probably actually be better for your STi than 91 octane. subaru reccomends 93 octane for the STi, which isn't really available here in CA. the higher octane will reduce the risk of detonation under full throttle (not really applicable since you're still breaking it in) and give you slightly mroe power. as long as it's unleaded, i don't see any reason not to run it now unless you'd rather wait and spend the $$$ on it once the engine is broken in and you can use full throttle.
