Wire Running Question

I'll be hooking up a system in a 04 STi. Here's the details

Alpine MP3 player with no preamp
front components w/crossover
rear normal speakers
one 8' sub
4 channel amp for front/rear door speakers
crappy 4 channel *all i have* to run the sub off one bridged channel

The amp running the door speakers is too big to fit under the front seat. So both amps will be mounted on the rear seat in the trunk pending I find nice mounting points *crosses fingers*

So I realized this, I'll have to run 5 RCA's, one POWER, one antenna, and one remote to the rear trunk area.

I have all these wires from my integra, but.....they seem to be a few feet short I'll be running a string later for exact measurements later to be sure.

So the questions I have are these:

How do you all run these wires? I'm thinking of splitting the RCA's between the drive/passenger side panels. And running the power/remote/antenna down the center under the console.

Is this possible? Has anyone run this kind of wiring? I'm not keen on putting the power to one side of the car cause i'll have to run the speaker wires from the amp to the doors and they will cross paths, and that might cause interferrance.

This also makes the stock wiring pretty much worthless...is it best to leave it in, or to take it all out? Is it worth the hassle?

Anyone have any general lengths on how much wire i'll need to do this?

sorry for the longwinded post....just trying to figure this all out before I pull the car apart o_0

thanks in advance!

The power wires will be run on the drivers side (battery side). All rca's, speaker wires on the front passenger side under door sills.
There are like 3 or 4 plastic snap locks on the sills, just take that off, same on the rear. Then run them under the carpet.
