That amp you are looking at is only stable to 4 ohms, so you would need to get the Dual 4 ohm versions of those subs. Then you could either wire the subs' voice coils in parallel and then the two subs in series or the other way around. as long as you didn't wire all 4 voice coils in parallel you'd be fine.
As far as that amp goes, it might work, but I'd look a little harder. I think others will agree that getting 560watts from that Power Acoustik might be optimistic. There are some great deals out there on brands that have a better reputation. Also a class D amp will be less taxing on your electrical system. If the amp's not going to be shown off, something like MTX's old 421D (1-2 years old but still new in box) can be found for even cheaper and it's likely to put out a whole lot more power than the 420 it's rated for.
In this case you'd want to get 2 subs with dual 2 ohm voice coils or a couple 4 ohm single voice coil subs. My personal opinion would be to look for a couple Image Dynamics IDQ10V2.D2. If you look around you can find these for even less than you were planning on spending. The IDQs are some of the best sounding subs made, but if you just care about SPL look elsewhere. 2 10"s in our cars is a lot though. I just downsized to 1 in my wagon.
I hope this doesn't seem too critical of your choices, as they're not bad. I just wanted to give my opinion for what I would do at the same cost (or cheaper).

thanks.. i bought a 1 10inch jl audio 10w3, and my amp went out within an hour of bumpin it.. the amp is strictly gay!!!, but i also have a alpine amp.. so i will try that today
What type of amp was it, and how was it set up? What configuration of voice coils do you have (they come in dual 2, 4, or 6 ohms). Is it the amp you posted above? and is it being waranteed?
Make sure you are not cranking the gains up past the point of clipping. Gains can be used to set volume, but they are primarily used to match input levels. Some amps also have an input sensitivity dial, but not all. If you give a little more information the board might be able to help and make sure nothing else gets fried. On the other hand you might have just gotten a faulty amp.
