Today, I was installatig my bltiz fatt dc III turbo timer and everything was going perfectly until i cut the wrong wire that goes to the keyless entry unit. The reason why i cuted the wire was becuase i have the subaru oem security system. My borther, who has a 03 wrx, told me that i need to cut two wires, one from the alarm system unit (a gray wire) and the other from the keyless entry unit (a dark green with a black line wire), so i can activate the alarm while the car still runing with the turbo timer. After i done the installation, i turn on my car to test the turbo timer. Everything was running well but the only thing was that i couldn't activate the alarm while the turbo timer still runing. Then i found out that the 03 security system was totally different form the 04.
I was wondering if anyone knows wich wire from the keyless entry unit i need to cut so i can activate the alarm while the turbo timer still running. There are 2 dark green wires in the keyless entry unit. Which one should i cut? Also i'm not sure which wire to cute from the keyless entry unit, since it's different from the 04. If anyone knows anything, i'll appreciate a lot.
