hey i have a AVHP4000 and a few guys from our local meet have the model up from mine and have these clean subaru welcome screens and screensavers. does anybody know off top if my unit has this capabilty and where can i download if so...

Nope. Thats why i sold my 4000 and got a D3. go to avic411.com and you will see why. Navi + sexy background + 3 sets of rca output > p4000.

 

Yeah the D3 is pretty nice. I have one and I love the ability to change the screens.

I also agree about AVIC411.com, that is where I downloaded all my Suby Screens.




Now only if we can figure out a way to hack the software and include boost and so forth on the gauge display! That would be sick as hell. I saw on AVIC411 how people were wiring in HKS CAMP, not a bad idea but too bad this is something pioneer has yet to provide.....
