Thumbs up My iPods new home

Whats up all, before I installed my Subaru din pocket with door, I coulldn't find anyone who said that they got it to fit well, so I decided that I woulld show how good it can look with very little modification. I am really happy how this turned out!

All I had to do for this to fit was to dremel off the tab on the bottom (or top depending who you ask) giving the perfect amount of clearance for the double din opening.

Rather than mounting it by drilling holes in the stock mount (which I did and couldn't get the alignment perfect) I used some 3M mounting tape (sticky on both sides, foam in the middle, comes in a roll, has gree and white backing) to mount the pocket to the top of the deck, which is mounted using the stock bracket.

I the pulled out the trusty dremel again and cut out a hole for my iPod adapter to slip into the pocket. (the adapter that I am using is the Pioneer CD0IB100 that interfaces with Pioneer decks)

What do you think?

The good news is a panic stop will send the unit forward not backward, so I think you're safe
