Pannasonic HU from Crutchfield

If you can spend 300 you can get a nice alpine one. But for inexpensive and MP3 and still have 3 preouts, this is a good choice.

Pioneer DEH-7600MP. It matches the surround color perfectly.

Broken record time: Alpine or Pioneer. If you look hard enough, you can find decks that retail for 400-500 for like 250+.

You'll thank yourself later if you go the Alpine or Pioneer route.
